Thank you for using Apple's mail back program for recycling small e-waste items.
By using the program, your e-waste will be dismantled and the materials recycled. This is not a trade in service. Should you wish to trade in an Apple product, please visit: https://www.apple.com/au/trade-in.
Your personal data will be used to process your device return, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
Complete the booking form below with your details and click on “Request Postage Label”.
You will then be emailed a link to download your Australia Post return label — please ensure you download your return label within 24 hours.
Then pack up your item(s) securely in a box, stick on the return label and take to an Australia Post Street Post Box or Post Office.

Loose batteries are not accepted under this program. You can recycle Apple batteries at an Apple Retail store: https://www.apple.com/au/retail/
You are solely responsible for removing all data, including confidential and personal data, from your e-waste items prior to shipping.
